I know it seems odd to "start" with day 7, but it's actually true. I consider the start of the weight loss movement with the day I gave up soda, which was last Friday. I had one last bout of Coke, and now I've been "pop-free" for 7 days.
Yesterday was a sodium-laced hell. WAY too many triscuits. Gonna have to cut back on those.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure no one is going to read this other than me, and that's fine. The point of this is just to track what I'm eating, when I'm eating, and how much. Also, I'll use this to track when I exercise and how.
I'm sure that, on occasion, I'll end up writing thoughts, ideas, epiphanies, and the like, but we'll see how that unfolds.
Anyway, on with it.
